Ok, day four of the attempted "drawing a day." I have had a few beautiful Copic markers for years and not been practicing. So the coloring has much to be desired, please be kind. ;D
Hey look at that, 2 posts in a week. Crazy. Here is day 3 of INKTOBER. Brain is running on fumes so quite a literal translation of the word - poison. Hope you like.
So this is the first year I really wanted to try to do the INKTOBER challenge. Basically it was started by an artist who knew he should be drawing everyday, to practice. Then it blew up from there. He put out a list of ideas to help artists get ideas of what to draw and the rest is up to you. So naturally I'm a day late but I'm really motivated this year to participate. So here are my first and second day drawings. I hope you enjoy and please feel free to send encouraging comments. I need all the motivation I can get.
Here is number 6 drawing a day - my lovely pooch. He sleeps with his tongue out, what a cutie. Maybe next month I will do better. What will be next months subject??? Stay tuned folks!
Well clearly making a drawing every single day is too complicated for me. I'm just so busy. ;P So we'll just stick with this being an exercise in "How many drawings can Erin do." So here is the next one. Hope everyone has a great week!
Just a little doodle of what a dog fairy would look like. Not bad if I say so myself. She is a little dachshund fairy named Bella. Enjoy!
I love the color scheme of this one. So cute. Have a great weekend!
Hey look, day 2 of my drawing a day. Here is a beautiful wrinkly wonder! Just a quick drawing. I definitely need to practice my life drawing. I've gotten very lazy. I hope you enjoy and have a great weekend!
So I will be attempting to do a drawing a day of a certain subject and January is Dogs! I know what you're saying, "Hey Erin, it's Jan. 5th. You're a little late." And to that I say... "Yup, better late than never, right?!" Here is a little doodle of a corgi that I took into Adobe Illustrator. I think he came out just too perfect. lol Enjoy and we'll see how long I can keep this up!
